A MUTUAL COMMITMENT – OUR CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY
For a successful search to be completed, it is important that there truly be a spirit of partnership. We ask that our clients commit to take an active role in our searches in the following areas:
- Help to target Key Individuals – Our clients are helpful in assisting us in identifying the personnel that are already in the industry that they would like us to target. This "target list" can be used to not only recruit interested
individuals, but also to ascertain information from competitors that will make the final job offer competitive and acceptable.
- Changes in the Job Description – Sometimes during the search process, our clients will find it necessary to refine or change the description and parameters of a particular position. When this occurs, we expect our clients to inform us as soon as possible so that we can readjust our efforts accordingly.
- Contact person and other key Personnel Changes
– We also expect our clients to notify us whenever there is a change in the contact person with whom we are to deal with or if there is a change in the line of management for the position we are searching.
- Information that pertains to this Search – Our clients are expected to keep us informed of any information, both public and private, that may have a bearing on our search efforts.
